A small group class (max 8 in-person and online) for women to rebuild and maintain the strength that they need to move through life feeling well. We will work through yoga, pilates, and restorative exercise moves for 60 minutes and spend 15 minutes for deep relaxation at the end.
Your booking includes a short home practice video each week and as a bonus membership to the Women's Wellbeing Project.
